Rosemary Brumbelow is a clarinetist and teacher currently residing in Madison, WI. For the past three years, Rosemary has maintained a private teaching studio first in Middle Tennessee and then in Madison, WI. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor of Music Degree in clarinet from Middle Tennessee State University where she studied with Todd Waldecker. As an undergraduate she was awarded with the Outstanding Performance in Clarinet and Music History awards from the College of Liberal arts and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

In 2010, Rosemary received a Master of Music degree in clarinet from The University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she studied with Linda Bartley. An avid chamber musician, Rosemary performed with the graduate woodwind quintet, which represented the state of Wisconsin in the MTNA Regional competitions. Currently, Rosemary performs with the Odyssey Winds, a quintet based in Madison. Recently, Rosemary performs as a member of the New Muse (New Music Everywhere) ensemble in Madison, Classical Revolution, and with friends at the University of Iowa.
Rosemary currently teaches clarinet as adjunct faculty at Luther College in Decorah, IA, and Edgewood College in Madison, WI. Other appointments include Faculty Associate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Lecturer of Clarinet at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
Rosemary is a member of Pi Kappa Lambda honor society in music, Sigma Alpha Iota music fraternity for women, and theInternational Clarinet Association.
